Yeah WEP is not safe at all. There are tonnes of articles out there on how to crack it, but only one good one for cracking WEP on windows Vista (because I just wrote it) check it out people Crack WEP on Windows Vista FOR YOUR SAFETY use WPA encryption with a strong password
